Updating and repositioning a historic hotel for future growth.
The Gunter Hotel is a historic property in the heart of downtown San Antonio. Under new ownership and management, SCAAA coordinated the renovation of major public spaces within the hotel. An animated and welcoming lobby and refreshed food and beverage offerings were key elements of the project. The designs for these spaces drew on the rich history of the hotel and offer appealing amenities to contemporary travelers and local residents.
