Pali Mountain, situated in terrain north of San Bernardino in Running Springs, CA, is a year-round facility operating outdoor education programs, adventure summer camps and weekend retreats. SCAAA was engaged by the owner to research and develop a future expansion plan for substantially increasing the guest/camper capacity. Assessing and understanding the camp’s staffing, business operations and guest/camper programs informed the plan for adding to and repurposing existing facilities.
