SCAAA worked with the owner of this residential property in an exclusive community to reimagine its full potential as a contemporary, gracious home.

The strong influence of the existing historic architectural references, materials, and colors throughout the property were to be toned down extensively through repair, refinishing and partial removal. Those design decisions set the stage for the addition of a series of contemporary elements that enhance the primary spaces most valued by the family.

The team for the renovation of the 8,000 SF single-family home provided MEP engineering, structural engineering, landscape design, lighting design and low voltage coordination. SCAAA provided project management including permitting, bidding and the selection of key vendors.
