Exterior & interior improvement to create a modernized office building
Our client wanted to maintain the existing buildings on the property per a financial feasibility study we conducted for them. We then proposed a series of functional refurbishments to upgrade and add value to the existing space, opening up the façade of the existing building and implementing a new courtyard design between the two buildings.
