A former limited service hotel and an adjacent vacant site are to become a new hospitality destination in Houston. A phased design is to convert interior space for an exclusive poker club, with VIP areas and food and beverage service.

The adjacent site will be used for additional surface parking and a new standalone building for expanding gaming and dining.
