An existing 5,600 SF/520 square meter office floor plate was redesigned as a contemporary, collaborative workplace. The new office, delivered within a limited schedule and budget, is the headquarters for Aju Hotels and Resorts, a growing hotel ownership company based in Seoul, Korea.

​SCAAA provided interior design services and on-site oversight during construction for the fast-track renovation project. The procurement of custom furniture pieces for executive offices was also coordinated by SCAAA.
